Mr. Rajeshwar Singh started his career with the Indian Air Force, where he held various positions of increasing responsibility. During his tenure of 20 years, he exhibited strong leadership qualities, discipline, and a commitment to excellence. His military service instilled in him a deep sense of duty, precision, and the ability to work under pressure. After taking volunteer retirement Mr Rajeshwar joined Arvind Mills, a renowned industrial conglomerate, as a Manager Administrator. Here, he used his organizational skills and a keen understanding of management to oversee administrative operations efficiently. His decade-long stint at Arvind Mills further developed his managerial expertise. With a growing interest in the healthcare sector, Mr. Singh ventured into Shalby SuperMultispecialty Hospital as the Cluster Head Operations. His ability to adapt and learn quickly allowed him to excel in the complex and ever-changing healthcare industry. His leadership at Shalby laid the foundation for his future roles in the healthcare sector. His dedication and performance at Shalby Hospital earned him the position of CEO at Disha Multispecialty Hospital in Jabalpur. In this role, he demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and operational acumen, contributing to the hospital’s growth and success. His tenure at Disha showcased his ability to lead and transform healthcare organizations.

Boasting a remarkable career spanning over 12 years in the clinical research industry, Mr. Amardeep’s journey has been marked by excellence and achievement. Before starting his role as Director-Clinical Operations, he made significant contributions as a key team member at CBCC Global Research. He played a pivotal role in managing more than 25 clinical trials, spanning the critical phases from Phase II to IV. His responsibilities extended beyond conventional trials, as he also successfully oversaw BA/BE clinical endpoint studies, showcasing his versatility and comprehensive understanding of the clinical research landscape.
What truly sets Mr. Amardeep apart is his remarkable leadership acumen. As a line manager, he has effectively steered large teams, demonstrating not only his ability to excel individually but also to inspire and guide others to do the same. Vijjes Luther has over 20+ years of leadership experience in Clinical Research and Project Management majorly working in CROs and for Pharma/Biotechs at Senior level. He has a master’s degree in pharmacy, Pharmacology as area of specialization and post graduation in Business Administration.
He has worked across a diverse range of therapeutic areas Oncology, Cardiology, Respiratory, Endocrinology, Nephology, CNS etc including Biosimilars/Vaccines developments and managed global trials of all Clinical Phases. He has lead clinical operations teams and shown phenomenal team player abilities to drive large clinical groups towards their growth and success within the organization.
He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization. His impressive career includes significant contributions to various multinational companies, where he held senior leadership roles and demonstrated a commitment to excellence, quality and success in every aspect of his work. He has proven ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with clients locally and globally including with regulatory agencies and other key decision making industry stakeholders.
In addition to his extensive experience, he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), from globally renowned organization which further highlights his dedication in maintaining the highest standards in project management practices. With over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and management, he possesses robust sales management skills, including team building, training, and the motivation of individuals to maximize the team’s performance. Before joining Eccentric, Mr. Bandish served as the Zonal Business Head in a pharmaceutical organization. Throughout his career, he has held various senior positions in several pharmaceutical companies. In these roles, he played a pivotal role in the complete business development of projects and led teams in establishing and raising awareness about the business.
Dr. Neetu Naidu Rayala

Dr. Neetu Naidu is an MD (General Medicine) from Kuban State Medical Academy, Russia. She has completed her LLM (Master in Law) from Doctor Babasaheb Marathwada University, India. She has possesses more than 20 years of experience in Clinical Research industry. Dr. Naidu is a detail-oriented Clinical Research Professional who has successfully worked across various phases of clinical trials for regulatory bodies such as USFDA, CDSCO, and other Global Regulatory Agencies. Her expertise extends to managing both Interventional and Non-interventional studies in diverse medical domains, including Oncology, Rheumatology, Diabetology, Respiratory diseases, Dermatology, Cardiology, Urology, and Nephrology. Dr. Naidu has a proven track record in handling multi-centric trials and has held various leadership positions with organizations such as Genesis Biologics Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, where she served as Associate Vice President (AVP), and as a Department Head at Syngene International Ltd, Bangalore. She has also contributed to Hetero Labs Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, Vimta Labs, Hyderabad, and QED Pharmaceuticals, Hyderabad, in her career within the Clinical Development & Medical Affairs Department.

Pallavi Mistry

Ms. Pallavi Mistry serves as the Head of the Quality Assurance department and is responsible for overseeing Quality Management Systems and audit activities at Eccentric Clinical Research Private Limited. With over 20+ years of experience in the field of clinical research, she is a seasoned QA Auditor with a deep understanding of the industry.
Throughout her career, Ms. Pallavi has held progressively responsible positions within the clinical research sector, primarily focusing on GCP audits. Her extensive background allows her to connect effectively with various stakeholders, including Investigators, monitors, coordinators, and auditors.
Ms. Pallavi has significant experience in Quality Assurance systems covering clients and systems, process validation, CAPA, documentation, and records management. She has experience in planning, coordination, conduct and reporting of Clinical Investigator site audits, client audits, vendor audits, document audits, quality systems and processes (internal audits) as per company SOPs and applicable regulations.
Ms. Pallavi is also responsible for overseeing the departmental training. As Eccentric’s head of quality assurance, it is her mission to establish and maintain QM systems that ensure the integrity and reliability of every data set generated from our research. Prior to joining Eccentric, Pallavi worked as an independent quality consultant for clinical research. Pallavi is a precise and polished professional who holds her entire QA team to the same high standard.
